Our 9,000 square foot, two story business center is housed in the historic Guinn School. Recently renovated in 2013, the building features an elevator for easy access, two breakrooms, a conference room and an event room.
Users have access to ample free parking at our campus, which is conveniently located at the intersection of I-35W & East Rosedale Street. The location is served by public transportation, including a walkable bus stop and ZipZone, serviced by Trinity Metro. Downtown Fort Worth, South Main, Near Southside and Polytechnic Heights are just five minutes away.
We offer private suites for those in need of short-term physical space to launch or grow a business. Each office can accomodate up to 2 people is equipped with at a desk for each person, file storage, dry erase board, and locking door. Some offices include windows. Suite rentals include our Accelerate membership, free utilities, free parking, and free wifi, plus 24/7 access to the business center. Our Business Center also offers ample meeting spaces and amenities.
Our large classroom serves as an all-purpose meeting space large enough for up to 40 guests. The space is flexible, with mobile tables and chairs allowing you to customize your set up. A large smart TV is available for visual presentations.
The conference room comfortably seats 8 guests and includes a smart TV for visual presentations.
And the Brainstorm room seats 4 - 6 guests for those seeking quiet, confidential space to ideate.
For special occasions, we offer the entire second floor of our venue, including the spacious CoWorking Lab. Call for reservations.
